All data transferred to or from the SP server is transferred through secured SSL encryption hosted by GoDaddy, the world’s largest cloud platform with more than 14 million customers worldwide. Other SP data secured features include;
1. SuretyPRO.net is protected with an SHA2 SSL Certificate.
This is important because the information you send on the Internet is passed from computer to computer to get to the destination server. Any computer in between you and the server may be able to see your data and other sensitive information if it is not encrypted with an SHA2 SSL Certificate.
2. SuretyPRO.net is protected with Securi®.
Securi® is a technologically advanced product with an acute ability to find and automatically remove malware found on a website. Securi® also performs real time web app scanning, which checks for vulnerabilities like XSS or SQL injection.
3. SuretyPRO.net data is additionally AES Encrypted.
In addition to data being secured with SHA2 SLL Certificate, key data entered is automatically AES encrypted making data virtually unreadable without a secret and protected encryption key.

No. All data is restricted, isolated and protected for the sole and exclusive use of each separate SuretyPRO System User. We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer any User data or information.
The SuretyPRO System is operational on all major operating systems and mobile devices including Microsoft Windows, macOS, Android and iOS tablets/devices. The SuretyPRO System is also fully functional on the most popular web browsers including Chrome, Internet Explorer, Safaris and Firefox. Although, The SuretyPRO System is functional on a wide range of web browser, for best performance it is recommend the User utilize Chrome.
No. The User does not need any special prior underwriting training or knowledge of financial analysis to work with The SuretyPRO System. At minimum, it is recommend the User know what a financial statement is comprised of (Balance sheet, Income Statement, Work-in-Progress, etc.) to accurately enter the data into The SuretyPRO System.
The SuretyPRO System models the financial reporting format requirements of the Financial Accounting Standards Board (FASB), Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFSB). While FASB, GAAP and IFSB do not set a strict structure for financial statement reporting, any financial statement can be entered in to The SuretyPRO System. When a client’s financial statement contains a unique or unrecognized specific line items, The SuretyPRO System allows the User to customize a line item entry for any particular need.
